Rob Schamberger Makes Logos
Hey, remember me?
Sorry for dropping off the face of the earth, gang (more on that in the next post), but I've been really busy of late. Like, EXTREEEEEMEEELY busy. The last three weeks have really been eaten up by this freelance gig I picked up. Initially, it was going to just be logo work for a group of sister companies, but now it's turned into full-on web design and related services. Each time I finish one project, they're so happy they assign another one. Hey, who am I to turn down a sure thing?
Here's two of the logo's:

I really dug this one, just for its iconic look, but also because it subconsciously spells out the company's call letters (see?).

This one is the one that got everything rolling. This company is introducing a bunch of high-tech options to their current line of products, and were wanting to really give themselves an all-new, all-different look. So, I went with my favorite font, italic Georgia, for their main logo, and then added in the translucent 'microchip' design behind it, making it look like a traditional-yet-cutting-edge company. Plus, with the background being translucent, it really works with any background that you apply it to, like so:

So, this particular company then assigned me to overhaul their current website, which I've spent the last two weeks really focusing in on. The site's not live yet, or I'd share it with y'all, but I will once it is.
I've got another company yet to design a logo for, plus that first company, Reliable, is wanting me to do their website (they don't even really have one yet). This is only three of about thirty companies in this group, and things are starting to already look more promising.
Who'da'thunk it?
